I’M kristin!

I’ve been in fitness for most of my life, but this journey has become so much more than just workouts for me.

Movement has always been my constant, especially during the hard seasons. It’s been the place I go to clear my mind, rebuild my confidence, and remind myself what I’m capable of.

I’m someone who has had to learn how to slow down, trust myself, and grow through uncomfortable moments. That’s a big part of why I do this work.  I understand what it feels like to want more for your life, but not always know how to get there.

I love creating spaces where people feel supported, challenged, and seen. Whether it’s through workouts, challenges, or conversations, I care deeply about helping people build a life they actually feel good in.

I created Truly YOU Wellness to help people reconnect with themselves, build confidence through action, and become someone they’re genuinely proud of.
